Limited Warranty Policy:
CardioVision LLC (the "Company") warrants that its products listed below (the "Products") will perform as intended for the stated period of the warranty.
This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misuse. All replacement Product will have the original warranty beginning from the date of the replacement order.
The Company reserves the right to request all defective products be returned at Company expense before remedies. The Company also reserves the right to alter the warranty policy at any time without notice.
Customer Procedure and Remedies for Warranty Work:
The Company’s entire liability and your remedy shall be, at the Company’s option, either (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product. Company will request proof of purchase for all warranty work. At the Company discretion, they will ask that the defective product be returned to the Company in order to process repair or replacement. Company will request credit card on file for all warranty parts. In the event warranty parts are not returned as instructed, Company will process payment for any replacement parts sent to customer. Customer will receive return authorization instructions and mailing label, customer must return defective parts with 15 days of shipment.
Customer Procedure and Remedies for Non-Warranty Work:
All expenses for non-warranty work will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer is requested to ship defective products to Company. Company will provide estimate before any repair work. Customer must authorize all repairs by prepaying the estimated amount of repair.
Shipping:
All warranty parts will be shipped ground UPS.
Exceptions to Warranty Policy:
Excluding Personal Viewing Screens, all warranties for LCD and Plasma screens will be under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. CV will provide 800 numbers and website information if needed to repair flat screen TV’s.
