Background
CardioVision started in 2002 with the goal of providing better products and more importantly better service than the existing players in the fitness entertainment industry. Although we have grown from a small local business to an international provider and the second largest fitness entertainment company in the US, those goals still remain the same.
At that time we formed CardioVision; many companies were focused on quick sales and cheap products which offered high profit margins to the detriment of their customers. Today, some of those companies are gone, some have been bankrupted and some absorbed by bigger entities while CardioVision continues to thrive. What makes CardioVision different is that we have always been adamant about our customers' rights from day one and we have always offered best in class customer support. To us this is not a fancy new strategy drawn up in the marketing department - it is who we are.

Everyone in the technology industry knows that problems do occur. It is how the problem is dealt with that is most important. CardioVision has carefully analyzed its processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. We have listened to our customer frustrations and developed procedures to eliminate them. We always try to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated if it were us with the problem.

From working with equipment manufacturers to developing our own proprietary products, CardioVision has a strategic product development process that allows us to constantly improve our current products and design new innovative products to allow us to stay ahead of the competition

As stated, our top goal is to provide the best in class service to our valuable customers. We do those two ways, 1) We have and inside support staff that understands technology and can help troubleshoot right over the phone. We also have established a national network of certified installers who are there to help assist in design, recommendations and unsurpassed quality installation.
